Taste Pallars
Taste Pallars is an immersive, quarterly gathering at Fox House that showcases the local artisans, winemakers, and musicians of the region. Guided by the unique light and harvest of each passing season, every event offers a distinct, sensory experience shaped by the rhythm of the land. These intimate sessions are designed to be intentional and ephemeral, a one-time celebration of authentic regional culture that is never exactly the same twice.
Built around Km0, territory-led philosophy, this experience celebrates seasonal produce from the immediate landscape - ingredients grown, raised, foraged and crafted within the surrounding valleys and mountains.
Each dish is a point of connection: a way to taste the land, understand its seasons and to know the people who shape it. This is not a trend-driven cuisine. It is a rare opportunity to experience a living food culture, rooted in land and season - discover it before others do.

Winter Archive
This gallery captures the Winter Edition at Fox House—a gathering defined by the solstice light and the quiet strength of the Pallars landscape. In the cold season, our focus turns inward to the hearth, celebrating the rich textures of the winter harvest, the resonance of acoustic notes, and the storied wines of our high-altitude neighbours.
