Taste Pallars is a gastronomic weekend made for those who love good food and great wine. Over 2 nights and 3 days, you’ll be immersed in a culinary journey featuring guest chefs, seasonal local produce, and curated tasting menus with wine pairings from outstanding regional vineyards.

Arrive on Friday and ease into the experience with a relaxed evening. Saturday brings the opportunity to follow one of our ‘explorer routes’ getting out to explore the magnificent local area and meet some of the producers from whom we source our key ingredients!

Each evening you will experience the flavours of the territory, and wake up each morning to a magnificent breakfast and no rush to be anywhere but here!

On Sunday the slow theme continues — stay as late as you like enjoying a late breakfast, or extend your stay with an extra night at a special rate.

This 5 night, all-inclusive women’s retreat invites you to step away from everyday life and reconnect with your body, sensuality, femininity and inner power in the extraordinary setting of Fox House.

Through a carefully held programme of somatic practice, emotional release, feminine embodiment and shared experience, you will be given space to soften, explore and reconnect without needing to organise, manage or hold everything together.

Set against a breathtaking landscape, Fox House is a magical space for unforgettable weddings.

With panoramic views and one-of-a-kind photo backdrops, it’s the perfect stage for your big day. We can host up to 110 guests, with 18 staying in the main house and plenty of additional accommodation options that can be arranged nearby—from glamping to private hire houses, with guest transport arranged for ease.

Your celebration can be as unique as you are: live music under the stars, chefs cooking in front of your guests, your own bar or wine tasting experience hosted by local producers or even a hot air balloon rising over the valley.
