Led by UK based art teacher, Jean Stokes, with two surprise guest artists, this 7-day (all-inclusive) creative adventure invites you to immerse yourself in the light, textures, and atmosphere of the Pre-Pyrenees through water-based painting.

Each day offers a unique opportunity to paint: at Fox House, in the breathtaking village of Santa Engracia and in spectacular locations in the wider Pallars Jussà region.

A daily theme will be set for participants to explore in their own unique way: nature, architecture, water, landscapes and more.

There will be an exciting mix of studio work, plein-air sessions, and playful experimentation.

You will benefit from group practice, individual guidance, and one-to-one feedback to help expand your techniques and deepen your practice.

The programme is crafted to open your imagination, give you space to explore, and send you home with renewed confidence, fresh inspiration, and a body of work that reflects your journey.

Alongside painting you will be able to enjoy optional yoga, restorative sound bath, massage, and cultural immersions — from vineyard tastings to visiting a local artist’s studio.

Our new gastronomic weekend start in 2026, made for those who love good food and great wine. Over 2 nights and 3 days, you’ll be immersed in a culinary journey featuring guest chefs, seasonal local produce, and curated tasting menus with wine pairings from outstanding regional vineyards.

Arrive on Friday and ease into the experience with a relaxed evening. Saturday brings the opportunity to follow one of our ‘explorer routes’ getting out to explore the magnificent local area and meet some of the producers from whom we source our key ingredients!

Each evening you will experience the flavours of the territory, and wake up each morning to a magnificent breakfast and no rush to be anywhere but here!

On Sunday the slow theme continues — stay as late as you like enjoying a late breakfast, or extend your stay with an extra night at a special rate.
