Organisations can either place women into an open company cohort, or commission a private cohort for their own senior leaders.

Women from different organisations join the same Summit experience together.

Founding Cohort

An intentionally small inaugural cohort at Fox House in the Spanish Pyrenees. Founding participants will receive preferred rates and help shape the future of Summit.

Summit takes place at Fox House in the Spanish Pyrenees — a place designed for conversation, perspective and deep thinking. The house, landscape and rhythm of the experience are intentional. Long-table dinners. Mountain air. Fireside conversations. Time away from operational noise. Everything is designed to help participants slow down enough to think clearly again.
